Frequently asked questions

Do I need a demo?
Yes — we set up every account manually so the component selection matches your studio. Demos take about 20 minutes, and your workspace is ready the same day.
Can I sign up myself?
Not currently. Every business account is provisioned by the Bookify team after a demo. There is no public self-serve registration.
How long is the trial?
30 days, on every plan. After that your card is auto-charged. You can cancel any time before the trial ends with no charge.
Can I change my components later?
Yes — add or remove modules anytime via your billing portal. Pro-rated charges apply for mid-cycle changes.
Are SMS reminders included?
SMS is a separate add-on. Twilio bills us per message, so we keep SMS standalone instead of bundling unlimited SMS into the base subscription.
How does the annual discount work?
Pay for 10 months, get 12. The discount applies to every component — base, extra locations, extra seats, and every add-on.
What if I add 4 or more add-ons?
Bundle discount: 20% off the add-on subtotal. Applied automatically on the billing portal when you switch on the fourth add-on.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Monthly plans end at the close of the current billing period. Annual plans end at the close of the current annual period.
