Account provisioning: Studio accounts are not self-serve. All business accounts are provisioned manually by the Bookify team after a demo call. There is no public registration for businesses.
Support chat: Support conversations conducted through the in-dashboard chat may be saved for quality improvement and dispute resolution purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Luxembourg or EU law
- Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorised to access
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform
- Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content through the platform
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
4. Payments and deposits
Deposits paid by Consumers at booking are held until the appointment. Refund eligibility is governed by the individual Studio Owner's cancellation policy, which is displayed before payment. Bookify is not liable for disputes between Studio Owners and Consumers.
5. Intellectual property
Studio Owners retain ownership of their client data, booking records, and business content uploaded to the platform.
