What counts as a booking staff seat?
Anyone with the owner, admin, manager, or staff role. Accountants, receptionists, and read-only users are free.
Is the owner included?
Yes. The base plan includes 1 booking staff seat, which covers the owner. Extra seats are charged from your second booking staff member onwards.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing is €390/year for the base plan + €90/year per extra booking staff seat — saving 2 months versus monthly billing.
Are SMS reminders included?
No. SMS is an optional add-on at €20/month, which includes 200 SMS/month. Additional SMS are €0.12 each, billed monthly.
If I pay annually, do I get annual SMS credits?
No. SMS usage is billed on a monthly cycle because SMS has direct provider costs. The SMS Reminder Pack includes 200 SMS per month, and overages are billed monthly — regardless of whether your Core plan is monthly or annual.
What happens when I reach 15 booking staff?
The Bookify team is notified and will reach out about Enterprise pricing — a custom per-seat rate with dedicated support, multi-location, and invoice billing.
Can Bookify support multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-location support is available as an add-on or as part of an Enterprise plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Monthly plans end at the close of the current billing period. Annual plans end at the close of the current annual period.
Why do I need to request setup instead of paying instantly?
Bookify studios are set up by our team to ensure your industry template, staff roles, and booking settings are configured correctly from day one — avoiding setup errors and support issues.
